Will Bowens - Director Sales, Getty Images

When marketers, publishers, media companies or anyone trying to tell compelling stories or build brands think of a powerful partner for visual content, they think of Getty Images.  Will Bowens’ great passion is helping those companies, including many Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller businesses, build those brands and tell those stories.  He has been in the digital media business for over 12 years with a decade spent at Getty Images.  During that time, he has consulted with companies to provide the most cost-effective solutions to get access to licensed, legally protected video and image content.

Will understands the frustration and risks associated with licensing intellectual property. He has been a vigorous proponent of simplifying and broadening license rights to give the average user the easiest path to using image and video content.  This has resulted in innovative tools and products being developed like Getty Images’ game-changing Premium Access product line.  Furthermore, as a Sales Director at Getty Images, he leads a large North American team  whose purpose is to not only help creative professionals rest easy with simplified licensing and legal protection but also to help their brands and stories stand out with unique images and video content. There is a strong emphasis on UNIQUE.  As Will has often said, “The only thing I want to provide to our customers that is ‘stocky’ is my own burly, jovial self!”
